Explores gentle movements to increase flexibility,strength, and well being. You will be led through a series of stretches, yoga poses, and breathing practices, then guided into deep relaxation. This class is ideal for those with chronic pain or stress, those returning from injury or illness, or anyone who would like a gentle approach to yoga practice.
Mat Pilates
Our mat class is designed to focus on isolation of the abdominals, inner and outer thighs, buttocks, and lower back. Pilates creates long, lean muscles, while improving flexibility, balance, alignment and posture. This class will rapidly transform you body!
Pilate's Rehab Series
This class will lead you through a series of pilates rehabilitation exercises to stabilize your spine and shoulders while improving lower extremity flexibility. This class is ideal for those recovering from an injury or those just beginning Pilates.

A perfect mix of stretching and strengthening exercise tailored to the needs of Senior's, individual's recovering from injury or those just getting into an exercise program. You will be led through a series of gentle stretches, upper and lower body strengthening, gentle core strengthening and balance activities.
